Jon Kirk

I have been working in precision machining since April of 2000.  My career started with running multi-spindle lathes and Escomatics.  Over the years, I have trained in QC, HR, Shipping & Receiving, Management, Inside, and outside sales.  My professional life moved to the Clifton plant in April of 2009.  Over the years, we have worked hard to build a culture, processes, and products that we can be proud of.  We have a great team here at KPM, and we look forward to exceeding your expectations.

Rob Bard

Department: CNC Operations
Specialization: Process development, programming, quoting, and employee development

I have 23 years of programming and operating CNC lathes and mills always been open minded to new technologies and innovations. I value insight from those that I mentor and other colleagues in the manufacturing industry. All of this has helped me to continue to grow as a machinist, and I pass on all this knowledge to those I mentor with great pride.  I believe everyone should have the opportunity to learn how to build parts for their own light saber or machine a Bat’leth

    I came to the Kirk Precision Machining family with 25 years of IT/IS experience with a formal education in multiple Engineering disciplines. I've had the pleasure of working with some very large corporations, and I am never looking back. Our company is more than a small shop in Lake City Pennsylvania. There is a focus on precision and quality here that is hard to find in other places. I look forward to coming to work and I take pride in the product we make.
