Jon Kirk Title: President / Owner Department: Management / Escomatic Production Specialization: Quoting, Project Planning, Escomatic Setup, and Customer Service   I have been working in precision machining since April of 2000.  My career started with running multi-spindle lathes and Escomatics.  Over the years, I have trained in QC, HR, Shipping & Receiving, Management, Inside, and outside sales.  My professional life moved to the Clifton plant in April of 2009.  Over the years, we have worked hard to build a culture, processes, and products that we can be proud of.  We have a great team here at KPM, and we look forward to exceeding your expectations.

Rob Bard Title: CNC department manager Department: CNC Operations Specialization: Process development, programming, quoting, and employee development I have 23 years of programming and operating CNC lathes and mills always been open minded to new technologies and innovations. I value insight from those that I mentor and other colleagues in the manufacturing industry. All of this has helped me to continue to grow as a machinist, and I pass on all this knowledge to those I mentor with great pride.  I believe everyone should have the opportunity to learn how to build parts for their own light saber or machine a Bat’leth

  Pam Bortner-Adsit   Title: Plant Manager/QC Manager Department: Plant Operations/ QC Specialization: Manage Production, QC, Laborer duties, Scheduling Acme Gridley Dept (Multi Spindle) & Secondary Operations, and Shipping & Receiving I started out as QC inspector and moved forward in my career from there. I have worked in electronics, plastic injection molding, tool & die, machining, foundry, and I also have contracted out for inspection, ISO procedures, third party audits, and safety procedures. 35 years of experience in Quality & 25 years in Management. Certifications with ASQ, Certified Quality Inspector, Certified Quality Technician Many outside classes for ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO Internal Auditing, Calibrations, and GD&T, 6-Sigma, 2-Sec Lean, certificates achieved for all. I have been with Kirk Precision Machining for 5 years, started out as QC Manager and moved into Plant Manager.  I do a little bit of everything here, shipping & receiving, QC, assemble parts, create staging areas, PPAP’s, first article & final inspections, Representative for our Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015, (creating and implementing procedures), training of 2-Sec lean and I do some other training when needed in many other areas, passing on knowledge to help the employees & KPM grow into a successful manufacturing future. Visiting suppliers and customers as needed. I enjoy what I do and the people that work here, small company, with many years of experience between management and employees.   Michael Vay MIS Title: Emerging Technologies Department: Acme Gridley/ Emerging Technologies Specialization: IT/IS, Analytics I came to the Kirk Precision Machining family with 25 years of IT/IS experience with a formal education in Biomedical Engineering. I've had the pleasure of working with some very large corporations, and I am never looking back. Our company is more than a small shop in Lake City Pennsylvania.
